Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days from the scheduled arrival day: a voucher will be issued to use the deposit for a future booking.
The balance is required 30 days before the expected arrival. The balance is 100% refundable for cancellations received up to 15 days before the expected arrival.
The reservation is not refundable for cancellations received less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival day.
If you cannot travel to Italy or reach our municipality (Castiglione d. Pescaia) due to COVID anti-contagion regulations, you will receive a voucher equal to 100% of the booking regardless of the date of cancellation. The voucher can be used for 12 months from the date of issue.
